Our Story
Founded in 2019, Harbour School Dorset has grown into a thriving and dynamic learning community. We are proud to be a state-funded special school supporting pupils with ASC and SEMH from Year 5 through to Year 13.
What began as a small provision has rapidly expanded with each student benefiting from a carefully adapted and personalised curriculum. From Year 10 onwards, students can choose academic, vocational, or blended pathways—ensuring their education aligns with their strengths, interests, and aspirations.
We also provide:
- A stretched curriculum for learners ready to go further
- A bespoke remote curriculum supporting students beyond the physical classroom
Located in a modern, purpose-built facility, our school offers a safe, structured, and inspiring environment for both students and staff.
